Privacy Policy

Information the service may use

When you use IchigoTV, the information processed depends on the features you use. This can include account and profile details supplied through a sign-in provider or entered in your profile; watchlist and viewing-history entries; and comments, replies, or reactions you choose to post.

Our hosting and security systems may also process technical request information, such as the pages or endpoints requested, timestamps, browser details, and network information, to deliver the service and diagnose abuse or errors.

How information is used

Information is used to sign you in, show your profile, save account features you request, display community activity, keep the site reliable, and respond to support or safety reports. We do not ask you to include passwords, sign-in codes, or private tokens in comments or support messages.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies may be used to maintain sign-in and session state. The site may also use browser storage for settings or to keep a feature working between visits. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser, though doing so may sign you out or reset saved preferences on that device.

External services

Sign-in providers, catalogue services, hosting providers, and embedded playback or media providers may process information when the relevant feature is used. Their handling is governed by their own privacy information. Opening an external player or link may send information directly to that provider.

IchigoTV does not control the privacy practices or availability of third-party services.

Retention and your choices

Account information and saved activity are kept as needed to provide the features you use and maintain the service. Browser data can be cleared from your device. If you have a question about accessing, correcting, or removing account information, contact the team through the published channel below. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups or security records.
