Report an issue
If something is broken, send a clear report through the IchigoTV community channel so the team can reproduce it.

For playback problems
Include the title and episode, which server you selected, what happened, and whether another server works. If you can, add your browser and device type, approximate time, and a screenshot of the visible error.

For catalogue or search problems
Share the exact title, the page URL, and what information appears wrong or missing. For a general website issue, list the steps that led to it and what you expected to happen.

For account problems
Describe the feature that failed and the approximate time. Never send your password, one-time code, session cookie, or other sign-in secret. For data or privacy requests, see the Privacy Policy.

Send the report
Discord is the contact channel currently published by IchigoTV. Open the server and share the report with the appropriate support channel.
